The pay scale for this position is $75,000/year - $85,000/year depending on experience. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, responsible for providing preventative maintenance support and troubleshooting the facility’s critical infrastructure equipment such as power distribution, fire systems, generators, plumbing, kitchen refrigeration systems, and HVAC systems to ensure operational integrity, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with building systems and operations.
